The Swallows Are Back!
We walked outside this morning and heard a familiar sound--the chirping of swallows.
Traditionally, our swallows showed up about May 20th but for the last two years they have been early. This little fellow seemed relieved to have the long journey behind him.

My little birds had five babies and they all left April 30.
They usually have another bunch-o-babies in the same nest.
