I use the "close-up setting on my Kodak Easy-Share DX4330 camera--it was a hand-me-down from my bro-in-law and seems to do okay. Autumn is a progresion here--the first tinges of yellow creep into our foliage in mid-to-late August and even now our area is still predominately green. We had a "soft" frost last night. After our first hard frosts, the vegetation will start to lie down and in a month it will look bleak and brown outside. Our Fall is short, not lingering into November as I recall from my childhood in Washington. I think that is the only thing I miss, as Autumn is my favorite season.
