Wood Stove Weather

After several cool days, I finally broke down and built a fire in the wood stove Sunday.

The cats are always appreciative, as Slippers demonstrates.

Why, I am flattered. Denny did a good job on it and it has enhanced our enjoyment of the (too-brief) summer. We hoped to re-stain it this year but looks like that will have to wait now.
But don't be too envious--I carefully shoot my photos so as to include as little of our heavy equipment and spare autos as posible.
